Meg + Tim's celebration will be held at the stunning location of Maleny Retreat, Booroobin (MALENY RETREAT WEDDINGS - Weddings Maleny Retreat - About Us). The Retreat is one of the most beautiful venues in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland - situated on 100 acres of farmland just 20 minutes from Maleny Central. Guests will get to experience wide open spaces, mountain scenery and panoramic views of the Glass House Mountains.

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held on grassy areas, so for our lovely guests who would like to wear heels, we recommend either wedges, a thick heel or heel covers.

 

For the big day, there will be lawn games, a giant tipi and lots of comfy areas to sit, lounge and have fun. There will be a firepit or two to hang around, good food, plenty of drinks plus lots of warm blankets. Maleny Retreat can still get quite cool when the sun sets, despite the time of year, so it would be a good idea to bring an extra jacket if you or your little ones are more prone to feeling the cold 😊  

 

Kids are definitely welcome! The venue is child/family friendly with an onsite playground, lots of lawn space to run around as well as plenty of friendly farm animals to say hi to.
